Work to Continue on Hartwick Bridge Posted 4 July 2008 Earlier this week during the Delaware County Board of Supervisor's regular meeting, Mark Nahra, Delaware County County Engineer, updated the Board on secondary road projects.  Nahra noted that as of Monday, June 30,  the construction on the Hartwick Bridge was currently over it's target completion date by 11 working days.  He said crews working on the project now hope to complete all work remaining on the bridge by Aug. 1. Nahra said officials are anticipating that the river near the construction site will be opened for recreational use before then.
