Maintenance Lead 1st Shift Opening XL has a job opening for a Maintenance Lead at our Oelwein Facility. Position will supervise maintenance staff and be responsible for the development and implementation of a preventive maintenance program.   Applicants must have the mechanical ability and a minimum of 3 years experience working in a manufacturing environment on heavy equipment.  3-phase electrical background preferred.  Computer literate required.  Must be able to work independently and be self-driven.
