Final Area Lead Manchester Facility XL Trailers has a job opportunity for a self-driven, objective orientated individual!  We are searching for a lead person in our final area.  Position will entail providing supervisory support to the final area general supervisor in meeting performance objectives. This person will oversee the final clean/wash and/or final assembly area process to ensure both quality and on-time delivery objectives are being met. Must be able to work in fast paced environment. Ideal candidates will have some experience in lean manufacturing, welding skills, and some supervisory/lead experience.  Computer skills required.  We offer an affordable employee benefit package, competitive hourly rate, profit sharing bonus and much more.  Must be willing to work flexible work schedule as required.  Pay will depend on experience.
